Structural features

●Multiple functions: Boiler can reclaim materials repetitively with the circulation of first effect, second effect  third effect. Materials can be fed into for concentration continuously  at intervals.

●All parts contacting with materials, secondary steam  condensed water are made of high-quality stainless steel, which meets to GMP standard. The appearance is beautiful. The heater  evaporator are provided with heat preservation structure coverd by stainless sheet with its surface mirror-polished  matte-treated.

●The heating chamber with ground structure, beautiful exterior  easy to install, operate  repair.  

●Water ring pump is used to pump vacuum. The pump is featured by high vacuum degree, low consumption of water  power supply, small space, good working environment  low noise.  

●The advanced design  only prevent back flow leading to repeat heating of material, but also avoid burnt material sticking to inner side of pipe.  

●Advanced hot pressure pump is used. Its steam pressure (gauge pressure) is 0.8MPa,  the extraction coefficient is 0.98. Therefore, the steam consumption  noise is low.   

●Advanced structure insure the vacuum degree of working system is stable.  

●Equipped with CIP system, the device can be cleaned completely without disassembly.  it is easy to operate  maintain.

●According to customer requirements, automatic control system of discharge concentration, sterilization temperature  level of balancing tank, as well as ice water refrigeration system can be configured.

●The concentrator has a special structure. After materials are processed by concentration are thick  even. The materials can be concentrated in sealed status without any bubbles, so material loss  pollution are reduced greatly. Intraday materials will be concentrated in the day ;after concentration, the material will  agglomerate, which is easy  cleaning. Only open the top cover  bottom cover then can clean, which save the labor, one person is enough for cleaning.
