1. Because the filling machine is an automated machine, the dimensions of the easy-to-pull bottle, bottle cushion  bottle cap must be uniform.

2. Before driving, the machine must be turned with a rocking handle to see if there is any abnormality in its rotation,  it can be determined that it is normal before driving.

3. When adjusting the machine, tools must be used properly. It is strictly forbidden to use excessive tools  excessive force to disassemble parts to avoid damaging the parts  affecting the performance of the machine.

4. Whenever the machine is adjusted, be sure to tighten the loosened screws,  turn the machine with a rocking handle to see if its movement meets the requirements before driving.

5. The machine must be kept clean. It is strictly forbidden to have oil, liquid medicine  glass debris on the machine, so as  to cause damage to the machine, it must be:

⑴ In the production process of the machine, timely remove the liquid medicine  glass debris.

Clean all parts of the machine surface once before shifting,  add clean lubricant to each activity department.

(3) It should be scrubbed once a week, especially the places that are  easy to be cleaned in normal use  blown with compressed air.
