Saccharification system

●The saccharification equipment consists of multiple combinations of saccharification pot, filter tank, boiling pot  sedimentation tank.

2 way: (including saccharification filter  boiling suspension pot)

3 way: (saccharification pot, filter tank  boiling suspension pot  saccharification / boiling pot, filter tank  spin tank)

4-way mode: mashing pot, filter tank, boiling pot  spin tank

●All parts of the tank are made of high quality stainless steel SUS304 argon shielded welding

●Insulation (PU  rock wool)

●The combined troughing mechanism  milled sieve plate are arranged in the filter tank.

●Saccharification boiling pot bottom belt stirring device

●Electronic thermometer sensor

● Washing ball (detachable)

● Heating uses Miller plate steam jacket ( electric heating)  stirring to ensure the temperature rise rate, avoiding coking  improving the overall efficiency of the system

● Tangential cycle design is more closely related to the thermal solidification sedimentation characteristics

● PLC program control design to meet the various process requirements of craft beer

●Optional: automatic slotting device (inverter control) / bottom row slot door
